What are your recommendations for drinking caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea? Should we avoid them because of the increased levels of cortisol caffeine creates? or is that a myth? or irrelevant as it relates to other hormones? or should we remove caffeine to let help all our hormones adjust naturally?
