I thought I was all in on feeling every emotion such as grief, sadness, or disappointment, which I am, but there is one emotion that I struggle with and that is future regret. I don’t have the feeling of regret at the moment, but the idea of having future regret is something that I don’t want. Like when you hear of people on their death bed regretting things the did and did not do. How can I incorporate this in my thought work? Not sure how to figure this out or where to start.
