After already watching the Stop Overeating Workshop, I was amazed by how much more material you added.
You were talking about rehearsing the new you and how we need to use affirmations and write them daily and read them daily.
I started doing that and actually put on my calendar reminders to read, rewrite them and visualize. I’ve been doing it for two weeks and it takes such an immense toll of my day.
Would you share how do you do it yourself? How much time you spend and at what time of the day?
