I’ve finally been consistently doing thought downloads and models by doing the workbook on Mastering Emotional Balance, which is amazing work! It occurred to me that when I’m doing the thought download portion, I find myself looking only for my negative thoughts (omg there are so many of them!) so that I can “easily” come up with an Intentional Model after doing the Unintentional Model. Since I’m focusing on my negative thoughts, and the brain looks for evidence of what you focus on, I’m worried that I’m making myself more negative-focused and attracting only the negative into my life. I’ve been struggling with this for a few days now. Can you please help me look at this from another angle or provide some insight that I’m not seeing?
