I have listened to all your podcast over 2017 and started the self coach journey with you this year. I try so hard to apply all your teachings, especially when i’m feeling sad or frustrated. However, sometimes my husbands actions are unbearable and I just loose my temper or emotional stability and breakdown. My husband always talks loud, says sarcastic comments toward me, or very curt when he talks to me. On my good days, when I’m not tired, I can exercise your teachings and ignore him. But some days its so hard. What do you suggest to do, what practical steps can I take at that very moment of frustration to stop myself from loosing it. please help.
