I am working on my relationship with myself.
C- I have negative thoughts about myself
T- I am not worthy
F- shame disappointment
A – hold back from doing new things – judging myself
R – feel stuck
C- My brain comes up with negative thoughts
T- Hello brain I see your thoughts
F – that is a normal brain reaction and a thought and it is ok but uncomfortable.
A – deep breathing
R – be aware it is just a negative thought and not my worthiness.
I am adjusting my idea of self worth = enough being me – but it is a new thought to me.
How else can I work on this?
