Hello! I consider myself an introvert and desire more connection with others, however even *thinking* about scheduling more time with friends makes me tired. I get that I may be having thoughts that are making me tired, however, it’s also true that I can only have so many interactions a day/week and need downtime to get my energy back. I recently watched a video where Brooke talked about learning to have an increased capacity for money. I’m curious if a similar process can be applied to have an increased capacity for relationships? And if so, would you please explain? So curious! And hopeful! 🙂 Thank you.
