Relaxing without buffering

Hi Brooke!

This might seem like an odd question, but what do people do when they are not working? What do they do to relax and recuperate?

In the past I would spend my time off buffering – eating junk food, bundling myself up in blankets and binge watching Netflix. This is what I’d think about when I got up in the morning and what I’d look forward to.

But now I don’t want to buffer anymore, I want to do things that increase my wellbeing and help me to grow. I’m committed to feeling all my feelings even when they are uncomfortable. So… what do people do when they are off instead of buffering?
