Relentless Anxiety – how to alleviate during certain times of the month


There are times during the month (around my personal monthly PMS or related to hormones) where I just feel like the anxiety is relentless. It’s a constant weight on my chest and often will affect everything. Thought downloads just feel fuzzy – like I’m going through the motions but not even wanting to do that…because, what’s the point? I feel like there’s no point in anything during certain times of the month and kind of just feel depressed.

But I don’t know how to even start to pull myself out of it – almost like waiting is the only option.  Is there a starting point for dealing with this kind of thing? Is there any specific reading or a podcast that goes into things like hormones that affect your mood, energy level, and thinking?
