Renewed inspiration

I’ve been doing scs for a year in Feb. and I had a real aha moment after the last podcast. The trick for me was to find all the nasty thoughts lurking in my mind on the download and then throw the paper out. Just do it. These are the things you need to do models on and then face the epic fails. For me this is having thoughts that my husband should eat and drink less (or he’ll die). This may happen but me trying to control his behaviour has got me nowhere.
Be patient with yourselves and keep learning and trust the model. This has been huge for me.
