I’ve done a few dares like wearing heels/fancy clothes to a semi casual event, going out with no makeup, setting a boundary with someone, etc. I am pretty good at trusting myself and following through with those kinds of things. What I often don’t follow through on are things like sticking to protocol 100% or not over spending. Basically I don’t trust myself to allow urges for food and shopping, my two main buffers. So can I repeat dares of the day multiple times to reinforce them, like sticking to protocol 100% or not buying anything online?
