Replacing Buffering with Concious Relaxation

After focusing and working all day, I come home and am craving relaxing. I have realized that I coupled the act of relaxing with eating and watching Netflix. I am no longer doing this, but now I find myself nervous to relax because it may lead to overeating.

I’m looking for a new activity to replace this. I don’t want a activity that’s buffering, but I also don’t want it to be on an agenda. Any ideas on how to discover this new activity?
