ok good. i just seem to always take the road where I pretend to be the selfless person so someone will notice and i can get their approval or their compliment.
instead of just doing selfless things and then noticing that for myself.

its like when you do something fun and then you start taking so many pictures and you focus more on that i should look fun but you know it wasn’t that fun instead of not taking pics or posting something and just be present and acknowledge that its fun.
