I am working on #6 of how to feel better and I’m doing my worksheet but there is a question about how I might resist my worst negative emotion which is terror in front of dangerous dogs. I know how I avoid : changing sidewalk each time somebody has a big dog, react the same I guess but I’m not sure and I don’t even have an example of resist.
Could you help me please to let me be able to go through this work and Pai ful emotion ?
