Recently I’ve been doing a lot of work on my anxiety. Through SCS I’ve come to the realisation that I resist the anxiety. However, now that I’ve become aware of this, I find myself resisting the resistance and having lots of negative thoughts about it.
C: Resisting anxiety
T: I need to stop resisting the anxiety
A: Try harder to stop resisting anxiety
R: Feel exasperation and resistance on top of the original anxiety
How can I move on from this?
