Resisting writing down what I will eat 24 hours in advance


I’ve been wanting to do what Brooke teaches about weight loss, but I am resisting and haven’t been writing down exactly what I’m going to eat the following day. I have any reasons like I go out to eat frequently and I don’t know which restaurant I will go to until it’s time to go out go eat or as long as I’m not eating sugar or flour today I’m good. What Brooke is saying makes sense, but I’m not getting the exact thoughts and feelings for me to take action to do this part and stick to it daily.

Any suggested thoughts and feelings for me to try?
