Response to dropping weight rapidly


It was my question about dropping weight rapidly (don’t know if you can tell who is asking!!)

I haven’t picked an eating protocol yet. Right now (one week in). . . .I’ve decided this is what I will do: no sugar, reduced flour, no snacking, and intermittent fasting. This feels like enough for me to work with for a couple weeks. So, my thought is to wait to use my 10 minute coaching after I get a little further into it . . .
