Responsible for my own happiness


I 100% am behind the concept of being responsible for your own happiness through your thoughts.

However, one push back my brain offers is that others heavily influence my life in a way that is difficult for me to neutralize in my brain.

Example:

C : I am the sole financial provider who works from home with an 8 month old. My stay at home husband never watches the baby but spends excessive money.

T: His behavior makes it harder for me. I can’t work like I need to to sustain our life.

And then from there you can imagine my feelings make it even harder and the result is that my life is hard.

How do I work to neutralize these circumstances in my brain?
