Are there any podcasts or other materials where Brooke talks about rest and resting (not sleep)? If not, I’d love to hear her and your thoughts about the role of resting, taking a break, disengaging from focus and action in our work. I’m not talking about buffering, although there is obviously a fine line there. What are ways to get useful rest? How do I tell if I am not resting enough? What is burnout in Brooke’s thinking? Are different people wired differently in terms of how much rest and disengagement they need in order to be at peak, creative power in the world?
