Restlessness and unable to relax

Dear Coaches

I am having such a hard time relaxing. I’m writing this on Sunday and had a free day to do whatever I wanted and I just can’t sit still, yet still can’t do anything productive (or, don’t want to).

This happens most evenings, too and I end up wasting time messing around on the internet, eating things, drinking alcohol.

I’d love to be able to relax with a book or a movie but find my mind jumps all over the place and I can’t concentrate.

I know people would love to have my level of free time and I wish I could enjoy it. I guess I always think I should be doing something else, but I ended up doing nothing resourceful (including thinking of relaxing as resourceful)
