For a long time I’ve restricted my eating. It kind of looks like intermittent fasting only it’s not consciously planned. I think I do it to try to control feeling anxious. A therapist told me to see someone for an eating disorder but I don’t think it really has anything to do with my body image. There are some areas of my body I have negative thoughts about but I think i do it to avoid emotions and not to control how my body looks. Have you ever heard of this before?
