Result or Action?


I’m creating an impossible goal and would like to become a person who follows MHO 100% of the time for 30 days. I understand the obstacles/strategies/fail worksheets; but curious if my goal is the goal or the action? Just semantics? I have mini goals within that (lose weight; goals at work; complete a class) but the real stretch for me is the follow my calendar and do MHO. But do I have it backward?
