So, can I really get any result I want by putting it in the R line?
What I want is for a stubborn person on my team to send an email by Tuesday, and she won’t do it.

F Anxiety and urgency
A I tell Julie how important it is to do this; I tell her there will be negative repercussions if she doesn’t; I offer her an incentive to get her to do it…
R Julie sends an email by 5 pm on Tuesday.

But that’s the result I want! How do I create a different model around this! Can I even have an R line that involves somebody else doing something?
