My goal in joining scholars is to become mentally strong. By that I mean resilient, not afraid to feel any emotion and not emotionally reactive. To achieve this I am playing around with doing a model backwards. However I need some ideas in the T line. Could you also please check the rest of my model and see if I’m on the right track?

A – Pause before reacting to circumstances so I can decide how I want to show up, don’t over-think the small things, don’t ruminate over things people say, focus on the things that matter such as my children and partner and job, don’t beat myself up for mistakes, make decisions promptly and back them 100%
R – I am mentally strong
