I have been considering the thought that I can create any result in my life. Cool, let’s say I believe that. What results are actually mine to create? For example, I am starting a new position on the 20th of February and I have more responsibility than I did in my previous job, and I love that. However, I want people to trust me, because trust is an essential part of my role, it determines what assignments come my way or not. Would I put the result “the people I am responsible for trust me” since it is an indicator of how well I am doing this particular job? Should I get more objective and make the result non-other-human related? Help! What results are mine to create here?
