I realized after doing a free coach session that my models are often incomplete. Having trouble figuring out what the result will be. I know you say my result will always prove my thought. I need more practice doing it the right way- I think I did most of January models incorrect. Grateful to have somewhere to improve! So here’s my work. Please grade!

C: food off protocol
T: eating this doesn’t matter, no big deal
F: apathy
A: overeat
R: I don’t evolve
(This is usually my result with all unintentional thoughts)

C: same
T: I no longer buffer with food no matter what
F: motivated
A: stay on protocol
R: evolve
