Resuming Protocol at Mid-Day

I have lost weight on NFNS before and unfortunately gained half of the weight back due to sneaky thoughts I underestimated few months ago.
Now I am standing with all the right tools and 20 pounds to lose and am committing to starting my protocol tomorrow morning and then I find my brain loops back to – ‘no, let’s start tomorrow and just get that bagel today.’
I find it so interesting that for a year I didn’t have this thought and suddenly it is back to its old loop.
So I ate off protocol all the recent mornings and what I notice is that I later that day have a thought of continue eating off protocol the rest of the day because the day is already ruined.

I wonder if you can suggest few thoughts I can try-on when it comes to getting back on protocol in mid-day even if I went off in the morning.
