Resuming Protocol

I have lost 40 pounds following your tools from SO program. In the past few months I have added exceptions here and there and gained back 20 pounds.
These exceptions became a daily thing of flour and sugar while I was off those for a year.

I wonder if, health wise, I could just resume right back from tomorrow, and go no flour, no sugar and 16 hour IF, even though I was off it for five months?
