C: Negative thoughts
T: I shouldn’t be having these thoughts
F: Fear
A: Repress and fight and try to control the negative thoughts
R: I have the thoughts and they come on harder and I react to them
Could you explain how the result proves the thought here?
Could you also explain the T and R connection? On a Q & A coaching call this month, a coach mentioned that the R just needs to be related back to the T, it doesn’t need to prove it. But other areas of Scholars say the R always proves the T. How is this R evidence for my T?
