I want to stop looking at screens at 9 pm so I’m able to fall asleep better. But I also want to watch coaching calls replays. My daughter goes to bed at 9pm. I really don’t know how to do it. Maybe I could wake up an hour sooner to watch coaching calls replays. But I would be going to bed one hour earlier than my husband and he would not be happy with it. I guess there is no right solution here… Would you have any advice?
