Sabotage

Dear Brooke,
I have a self-sabotage problem. I cannot control my time management and fulfill my tasks until it gets really late and then I just rush and do whatever I can, so even if I finish I cannot feel self respect or pride or even sense my duty accomplished, I just feel relieved and glad I got away with it. This model applies to almost all areas in my life (except for duties as a mother and housework), and everything seems confusingly difficult.

How should I proceed?
