Sadness Thoughts

I have been removing a lot of my buffers and noticed a frequent feeling of sadness when I am around my children and husband. I look at my thoughts and they are “I don’t like this”, “ I don’t want to do _____”.

They seem so basic to me, is it really that easy that I just need to choose new thoughts in those moments or should I be digging for deeper thoughts or a bigger reason why I am sad?
