Salad Question


Hi Brooke,

Can you advise on this salad for lunch protocol? I’m 5’7″ 179 and have lost 20 lbs already. Taco salad has served me well since July, but I need to mix it up a little bit with a veggie salad option, and want to make sure my protein/fat is right.

10 oz chunky chopped veggies (celery, carrots, cucumber, peppers)
2 oz full fat feta
1 oz cashews
1/2 avocado
splash of red wine vinegar

Thoughts?
