Here is my model:
C: 3% goal objective reached
T: It’s terrible; I am at the bottom of the team list
F: Embarrassed
A: Questioning myself: am I able? / think that I am going to get fired/examining changing career
R: Not making sales

I don’t know what to do about it: should I change my T or allow my F?
