I’ve noticed that I can have the same circumstance and thought, but a different feeling in response to my thought. How can I create a positive feeling that serves me, instead of a negative feeling, when dealing with the same thought.
For example,
C: My son woke up early from his nap
T: “He usually sleeps longer”
F: Frustrated or curious
I’d like to have a feeling such as curious instead of frustrated. Is there a way to create that immediately when I’m having the same thought?
