Same circumstance. Lots of thoughts.

I’m self-coaching on parenting 3 children ages 1, 3 and 4 – I’ll keep it strictly to the C here 😉 I have a lot of different thoughts that all lead to similar or related emotions. Should I continue to brain dump on this topic and just keep picking thoughts to run models on to keep cleaning up these thoughts. Is it helpful to re-examine / model thoughts again if they keep popping up or better to simply revisit previous intentional models I’ve created from those thoughts?
