Same unintentional model over and over


Every day I am running the same model and can’t seem to get past it. Is that normal?

C: my weight (not much change from day before)

T: I’m not losing weight fast enough, this isn’t working.

F: discouraged, frustrated

A: give up, buffer with food because it doesn’t matter anyway.

I’ve done an intentional model to try to remedy this everyday but 15 days in it still feels like white knuckling
