I’m sometimes uncertain which category my feeling goes into. Please say more.

Two examples for me:
Rage – at first I had it as a 2, since I frequently haven’t let myself feel anger until it’s enormous, and even then I’ve tried to squelch it. I listed it as 2 because it’s an emotion I need to allow. It’s on your 3 list. What’s my criteria so I can decide for myself when it’s 2 and when it’s 3?

Guilt’s one that came up today. Again, some words on how I can guide myself to deciding if it’s a 2 or 3 for me?

As always, this work’s fantastic. Shifts happening all over the place.
