Scale Goal

I have seen people ask on here what their goal weight should be. Some responses suggest a weight. Other responses are “you get to decide.” When i watch the stop over eating videos something i loved is when brooke said she would probably choose a number lower than what we’re thinking because she wants us to be uncomfortable and thats exactly what im seeking! Im 52, 5ft 3, and would love to be pushed! What should my goal weight be?
