so i noticed something concerning feeling negative emotions.
whenever this negative thoughts and feelings come around. i get really into it and think those thoughts so hard. seems so real.
also i’m really scared of negative feelings because of the action it brings with it, cause when you do believe it and you didn’t get to the point yet in which you can “turn it around” you act on it.
i have made so much progress. in lots of things
but where i still have those negative days is when i think about my relationship.
i can wake up or someone or something says something that bring up these thoughts. as soon as i see my bf tough most of the time i seem to forget these negative thoughts or i can seem to shift them.
so my question is. how can i turn around or stop the action that these negative feelings/thoughts bring with them?
