Scheduling from love

Hello, my belief this month is around self love. I’ve noticed however that I put all the my to do’s on my calendar first without “rest” times beyond doing thought work and sleep. I think that a part of self love is giving yourself rest or downtime during the day. I struggle to put rest on my calendar first because I’m afraid that I won’t get everything done. But I also know that I get so tired if I don’t. Yesterday I worked for about 5 hours straight going from one thing to the next. In one way I appreciate that I was able to get my tasks done. In another way, I feel like I was pushing myself and not respecting some downtime. Is there a place to start with this? Thanks!
