Self coaching practice


I really want to develop a daily self-coaching practice but I don’t really know how to do that since I’m new. I tried to talk about it today in my private coaching but it felt more like she was coaching me than teaching me how to actually do it if that makes sense. Asking me things like why do you want to have a self-coaching practice and how do you think one does it. But what I’m really looking for are general instructions. I hope this makes sense. I watched the video on thought download but I’m confused on how to actually work with it. I also want to create some new beliefs like “my life is an example of what is possible” and ” I can do lots of different things and still be successful” but I don’t know how to figure out which questions to ask my self daily to turn those wishes into things I actually believe.
