The monthly assignment says to do a model on an thought you feel is an obstacle and then a model on an alternative thought you want to believe. In Day 2 there are spaces to write out Unintentional and Intentional thought models. Is the Unintentional space where the obstacle goes? Or the other way around? And can you please point me toward an example of a model where you start from the thought? I was under the impression you always start from the consequence as it’s at the top. Thanks
