Self Coaching: Stuck


Hello, when I self coach myself, I do a clean model. I can see the pain comes from my thought and agree with it.
My issue is what to do from there: recognizing it and acknowledging it brings me my power back, right? From there nothing happens. I have no new thoughts. I’m going to fantasy land (I’m guessing) but I’m not getting new thoughts. The result is I’m stuck in a model I’m aware of but it looks like I can’t get out of it by myself.

My question is how to self-coach myself. How do I create my own evolution from the awareness that I choose my thoughts?

Are my other optional thoughts all hidden in my subconscious so that I can’t access them?
