Hello! I was wondering if Brooke created any podcast episodes specifically on how to show compassion towards yourself (particularly when you become the “Watcher” or “Observer” of your own thoughts). I was wondering if she had techniques on how to do this (for people who are very good at criticizing themselves, like me)? I have been doing some research online, but didn’t know if Brooke already created an episode about this. Thank you 🙂
