I’m working on building my self confidence, especially starting the coaching program. For the homework, we are supposed to pick a dare each day of the month. Something that scares us and do it. I’m a stay at home mom, my baby is 8 weeks old, and I don’t go anywhere due to the threat of Covid unfortunately. I’m having an extremely difficult time thinking of 30 things to do each day that scare me. Are there other places I can go besides the workbook for some ideas or maybe a coach can help get my wheels turning? I’m sure I can utilize social media, as public attention or attention in general is not something I’m comfortable with. Looking for more ideas! Thank you in advance!! 🙂
