Self-improvement and being good enough

Dear Brooke, I experience a lot of discontent across different areas of my life (eg career, marriage, weight, closet, house). It feels as though my life is often one big self-improvement project but there are so many areas I need to improve. I’ve been thinking about the idea of simply embracing that I’m already complete and good enough and stopping all the self-improvement projects I can’t keep up with. Is this an approach you’d recommend? How do I set goals if it’s not all about self-improvement?
