I did a thought download about my night last night and realized it is full of self-judgment. I am just starting to see what self-judgment looks like. Are there any resources on this?

A: Think poorly of myself, believe something is wrong with me, do not think good things about myself, shame myself
R: With this thought I make the amount I drink mean something about me.
