I’m wondering if you have any helpful tips to get into the “observer” role with myself and my thoughts and actions? I struggle with going straight to self-loathing when it comes to mistakes I make or not honoring commitments to myself. I have recurring thoughts of “I’m a terrible person,” “I’ll never be able to stay on top of things,” “I’ll never catch up at work,” “I’ll never be able to stay on my protocol.” etc. I know these thoughts don’t serve me, but I struggle with letting them go.
