Self Love

Hey coaches. So, I’m not new to the idea of self-love. I feel like I’ve been “trying” to love myself for a very long time. I am reluctant to give up the self-hate whip, though. Not just with weight loss, but with everything, I feel like if I love myself where I’m at, I won’t get what I want. So there’s a thought in there that doesn’t serve me – something like “I won’t get what I want if I love myself now”.

I’ve heard Brooke talk about this in the context of weight. What are some of her best resources for loving yourself now? I think this is important work for me to embark on.
